Clean Space : Rewards your green efforts [App]

18.9.15

Don't you just hate it when people get rewarded for their polluting efforts such as buying airline tickets for short distances or filling their gas tanks to the brim. Even buying fruits from a foreign country is rewarded at supermarkets and farmer markets fail to attract local crowds. But it does not have to be this way any more. Green efforts are being recognized and apps like Clean Space are even rewarding you for your efforts.

Clean Space is a simple app that keep a track of the journeys you take. Whether you are walking to the convenient store or going for your routine run, Clean Space makes sure that it counts every little effort that you make. In return Clean Space calculates your Clean Miles, just like airlines calculate airmiles and lets you know how much more you need to go to reach the next tier. Each tier has a special gift in store for you that encourages you to do even more.

Additionally, Clean Space also send you the air quality data for your location. This data is used to calculate your exposure to pollution around you, when you take your journeys, like your commute to work or when you are visiting City Centre. This can also help you plan your journeys better so that your exposure is at a minimum and also provide information about the purity of air around you.

Signing up for Clean Space is extremely simple. Just download the app and start collecting Cleanmiles whenever you walk, run or cycle. The app is available on iOS as well as Android (beta version). Just one thing though, Clean Space is currently available only in the city of London, but will soon add major cities of the world.
